Silent Thunder Models, As a museum, our display artifacts must meet rigid criteria for historical accuracy prior to being displayed in our galleries. I was, therefore, very pleased with the level of detail and color accuracy exhibited by the WWII Gato class submarine "USS Barb" and the "Liberty" class ship models purchased from your company. Models with detail and accuracy to be worthy of museum display. Additionally, I was impressed with the great care taken in providing substantial protective packaging to ensure safe arrival during shipping. I look forward to additional future business with your company. The USS Barb will supplement artifacts from the Illinois/Missouri Rebel Squadron of submarine vets from WWII. The Liberty class vessel will supplement display artifacts from the SS Samuel Parker chapter of the US Merchant Marine and Armed Guard veterans of WWII here in St. Louis, Missouri. I am writing to tell you that the Gato Class submarine (USS BARB) arrived this morning as you predicted. I am thoroughly impressed with the model. It's so realistic-looking, that I expected little miniature sailors to come out of the hatches and start shooting the deck guns at me. I'm sort of glad that did not happen, as it probably would have irritated me somewhat! You said I would like it, and believe me, I do! I was also very impressed with the packaging.
