PRODUCT AVAILABILITY - Usually, most Desktop models are processed and shipped within two to three business days of your purchase, via UPS or FedEx Ground insured to US Customers. Because most items are shipped quickly, we do not send Order Confirmations. Your payment receipt is your order confirmation. You will get an email with the tracking number, when your item ships. Plastic Diecast models, signs, plaques, and other items are shipped via USPS insured to US customers. Please allow 1-4 weeks for T-Shirt deliveries. We offer over 1000 models, and sometimes the demand for an item exceeds the available supply. If we, or our suppliers, are out of stock on an item and do not expect to ship your item within five business days, we will notify you via email. As we receive very limited stock on some items, keeping your order in will guarantee you a model when stock does arrive. EXPEDITED SHIPMENT REQUESTS - If you are in need of rush delivery for a birthday, graduation, anniversary, corporate gifts, or any other special occasion, please contact us via email, or on CHAT, for availability and the details of the extra expedited delivery charges. If the model(s) is available, we will expedite your shipment to you immediately upon payment via PayPal, Credit Card or Money Order/Bank Check. SHIP AND SUBMARINE MODELS - Are generally available within for immediate shipping when inventory levels are good. If the ship or submarine purchased is out of stock, it could take longer for delivery from the factory. Unexpected delays due to production or logistics can prolong delivery times up to three to four months to obtain, until the new inventory is delivered. Ship and submarine models are very painstakingly created and accurately detailed museum quality replicas, they are not mass produced. They are a true "work of art". International Purchasing and Shipping Information CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - PURCHASING - International customers can purchase items directly from our web site. Most items on our site have International shipping costs built in. Complete Checkout. International Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International which takes 7-14 business days for delivery, longer for some countries. USPS EXPRESS Mail International service is available also. This service takes 3-7 days for delivery. Canadian and International Orders may be subject to duties, taxes and are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of shipment. Ohio State Sales Tax OHIO SALES TAX - SALES TAX - Sales tax is added only to orders delivered within the State of Ohio. The state of Ohio requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the order including the shipping charges. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. The current sales tax rate in the State of Ohio is 7.25%. Refund & Exchange Policy US Customers: - Please contact us via email or chat if you need to return an item. We will accept returns within 7 days, and provide full refunds of our items minus all shipping costs. Models must be returned in original boxes and packaged in original packing material. In most cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your item. Damage claims for International customers can take months to complete with postal services. You will be notified of the result and if the claim is accepted a new model will be shipped to you, usually at no extra cost if the insurance covers the total amount of purchase. Custom Model Customers: Unfortunately, we cannot refund or accept returns on custom models. If an item is lost or damaged by the assigned carrier, we must file for loss/indemnity with the carrier, with a written statement from you, the customer, stating that you did not receive the item, or provide photos of damage.
